Window closes
When the pre-order window ends, we send the full order to our licensed vendor as one batch.
Production
Printing and embroidery take roughly 2–3 weeks. We'll post an update if anything shifts.
Pickup
Pick up your order at the NROTC unit office once it arrives.
Where the money goes
Proceeds support the Navy-Marine Corps Birthday Ball, midshipman travel to leadership and drill events, and unit awards.
This store is run by midshipmen in the battalion's fundraising section. There's no middleman taking a cut: after the vendor is paid, every remaining dollar goes into the battalion fund.
Questions
How do sizes run?
Unisex sizing, true to size for most items. Sweatshirts run slightly roomy. Size charts from the vendor are linked on each checkout page. If you're between sizes, size down.
Can alumni, parents and unit staff order?
Yes. Anyone can order.
What's the refund policy?
Pre-orders are made to order, so we can't refund after the window closes. Wrong item or a defect? Email us within 7 days of pickup and we'll make it right.
Are these officially licensed?
Yes. All products carrying Vanderbilt marks are produced by a Vanderbilt-approved Internal Campus Supplier under a Merchandise Order Request approved by Brand Marketing. Any U.S. Navy or U.S. Marine Corps marks appear only on products from manufacturers licensed by the Department of the Navy trademark licensing programs.
Is this an official Navy or Vanderbilt website?
This store is operated by the midshipmen of the Commodore Battalion for unit fundraising. It is not an official website of the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, Department of Defense, or Vanderbilt University.
